Your personal information is only used to process your order. We do not share any personal information with third parties under any circumstances.

Shipping


All products except for the Badger Bassinet ship from Southern California via UPS Ground within the continental US cities. Badger Bassinet ships from Illinois. For Hawaii and Alaska we ships via USPS priority mail. We are happy to ship to APO addresses. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships.

Shipping (International)


We are happy to ship International via USPS Priority International mail (about 6-10 business days).
All custom fees and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
We cannot be responsible for duty charges or fees that may incur when the package is received in another country. Please keep in mind that ship times are estimates and occasionally items get hung up in customs, delaying delivery times.

Duties & Taxes for International orders: International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes that are imposed by foreign governments.


Wendy Anne has no control over this process. When applicable, you will be required to pay these duties and taxes for your country at the time of delivery. If you refuse or abandon your package, no refund will be issued.

Sales Tax


State sales tax of 8.75% is applied to all purchased shipped within the state of California.

Packaging/Gift Purchases


All Wendy Anne, Cozy Baby and Shnuggy baby products are packaged in a clear protective bag with content information and instructions. We do offer gift note cards free of charge. We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Returns/Exchanges


Wendy Anne would be happy to accommodate your returns or exchanges on merchandise within 14 days from receipt of order. Please email: returns@wendyanne.com or 714-434-0909 PST for authorization of your return or exchange. Merchandise must be unused and in it's original condition. Your shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Send all returns/exchanges with insurance and signature required. We can not be responsible for packages that are not received by our returns department with out insurance and signature requirement. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Please include your name, address, phone number, email address, reason for return. Specify a REFUND REQUEST or PRODUCT EXCHANGE. Allow 30 days for your account to be credited once we receive the return or exchange. Credit will be applied to method of original payment of purchase. If the item was a gift you can only request an exchange of product at this time.
