For Hawaii, Alaska and APO addresses we use priority mail service through the United States Postal Service
Tracking information for both UPS and USPS will be emailed to you when your order ships.
We ship to international recipients via USPS Priority International mail service which takes approximately 6-10 business days to deliver. Please keep in mind ship times are estimated and occasionally orders are delayed because of foreign custom agencies.
All custom fees and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for duties, taxes or fees imposed by foreign governments when your order is received in another country. If order is refused or abandon there will be no refund issued.
At this time we add our local California state sales tax of 7.75% to all purchased shipped within the state of California.

We do offer gift note cards free of charge. We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Pacific Standard Time for authorization of your return or exchange. Merchandise must be unused and in it's original condition and packaging. Your shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Unsolicited returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Allow 30 days for your account to be credited once we receive the return or exchange. Credit will be applied by original payment method or corporate check. If you received a Wendy Anne product as a gift, you can only request an exchange of product at this time.
